Any claim relating to Lufodo Group’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Lagos, Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

9. Administration And Booking

• An application form is filled and submitted no later than one week before your event.
• GMH opens from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. for events.

10. Bookings and Confirmation:

*A 70% deposit of the total bill for your event is required for your booking to be processed and confirmed. The balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before the event. If the event is in less than 2 weeks, then payment is required in full for confirmation.

11. Caution Fee:

• Depending on your event, a caution fee ranging from N100,000 will be required for any damages or loss, this is fully refundable if there are no damages or loss. However, the amount required to remedy or replace any damages or loss will be borne by you.

12. Change of date:

• You can request for change of date after booking confirmation.
• Confirmation of the new date will depend on our events calendar. Where there is a force majeure, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your event.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• You shall be entitled to a refund minus 15% of the sum deposited if a cancellation and refund request is made within 48 hours after deposit is made.
• Where a cancellation and refund request is made 48 hours after deposit is made, there shall be a refund less 30% of the sum deposited.
• There shall be no refund for a cancellation and refund request made 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. A cancellation request must be sent to gmhbookings@lufodoproductions.com

14. Refund Timeline:

• We reserve the right to accept or reject a Cancellation and Refund request. Every Cancellation and Refund request will be assessed, and a report will be sent communicating our acceptance or rejection.
• A Cancellation and Refund request will be rejected where the request is not made in accordance with this policy.
• Upon acceptance of a Cancellation and Refund request, we shall commence the refund process immediately. Refund will be made within 21 days from the date of the acceptance of the refund request.
• You accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, if and when you make use of our facility.

15. Facility Rules:

• The period of hire covers eight hours per day.
• Any equipment brought into the premises must be registered by our facility and venue managers.
• Only snacks and finger foods or small chops are allowed in the building. Any food aside this will attract a surcharge. All other foods are allowed during events at the rooftop ONLY.
• Any damage to the facility, equipment, or upholstery will be charged to the customer and can be prosecuted by law.
• Clients MUST promptly evacuate all sets and stage properties 30 minutes after their events. Failure to do so will attract a surcharge of N5,000.00 per hour.
• GMH reserves the right to dispose of sets not collected within a daySafety
• Exit doors are to be accessed in an orderly manner in an event of any health and safety incident.
• All Covid-19 protocols are to be observed during the event.

Additional Services

Additional services, equipment hires, catering, and all others are excluded from the price and can be provided on request.
